KELVIN COCHRANE
Kelvin has been a lifetime local in the Gympie region. Growing up on a farm initially on the North side of Gympie and then in the Mary Valley before settling in Gympie now. Kelvin has been involved in real estate for the better part of two decades. Purchasing a property in the early 2000s and dabbling in property development shortly after. Kelvin spent time working part-time in a real estate business in the 2010s where he met his now-wife Ronnie.
The couple is raising three boys in Gympie after spending the last decade farming in the Mary Valley and began the Cochrane Real Estate venture in 2021 pursuing a dream they had long had. Kelvin is a cricket tragic and is deeply involved in the local Gympie Regional Cricket Association where he represents the top side, Gympie Gold. Kelvin is passionate about people and finds nothing more exciting than finding the perfect fit between buyer and property.

RONNIE COCHRANE
Ronnie is a hard-working, driven and determined personality who has found her feet fast in the Real Estate Industry. Ronnie grew up on the South side of Gympie from her teen years on after spending some of her early years in Tasmania.
Ronnie’s love for Real Estate blossomed while following her mother, Sam who spent many years as a real estate agent. Ronnie enjoyed attending open homes as a teenager and invested in real estate at the first opportunity, building a duplex in the Gympie region in 2012.
Away from Real Estate, Ronnie is an animal lover, particularly horses, cattle and her beloved Dalmatian dogs. Being a mother to three young boys, Ronnie is acutely aware of what a family needs in a home and after a decade of running an agricultural business, she knows what is required at all levels. Passionate about making the deal, Ronnie works hard to get the results.
